Functional Strength Online is a 6-week performance program designed to improve full-body strength, posture, and mobility — from home or the gym, with minimal equipment. The plan blends multi-joint movements, mobility flows, and functional strength training inspired by athletic conditioning. Each routine is progressive and guided to help you build a solid foundation, prevent injuries, and feel strong in every movement. What you’ll receive: - A PDF program with detailed workouts and mobility routines. - A Notion tracker to log training sessions, progress photos, and results. - 4 guided workouts per week (video + instructions). - Bi-weekly progress reviews and access to the Equalité community.
